Lady Bronchos Volleyball Ranked #5 in First Statewide Ranking

The first set of OSSAA Class 4A Volleyball rankings came out this week and the Lady Bronchos start the year in the 5th spot in the state. Regent Prep (4A-#1) and Victory Christian (4A-#2) from the Tulsa area sit in the top two spots, repsectively. Two more Tulsa area schools, Holland Hall (4A-#3) and Lincoln Christian (4A-#4) round out the top five.

The Lady Bronchos have had a great start to the year, opening with a 10-2 record including a 3rd place finish at the Verdigris Tournament which is one of the premier volleyball tournaments in the state. So far this season the Lady Bronchos have wins over Oklahoma Union (3A-#9), Inola (4A-#6), Metro Christian (3A-#11), Catoosa (4A-#8) and Oklahoma Bible (4A-#9). Also, in the past week Bethany has beaten Putnam City (6A) and Harding Charter (4A). The Lady Bronchos have a tough matchup tonight as they travel to Community Christian, the current 2nd ranked team in class 3A.
