Lady Bronchos Volleyball Finish with 4-4 Records at Verdigris Tournament

Verdigris, OK - The Lady Broncho Volleyball (4A) team travel to the Tulsa area on August 14 and 15 to compete in the very competitive Verdigris Tournament. This tournament features some top teams from around the northeast part of the state in classes 3A and 4A. The Lady Bronchos had wins on the weekend over good teams such as Oklahoma Bible Academy (3A), Oklahoma Union (3A), Rejoice Christian (3A), and Verdigris (4A). Bethany also came away with losses to Catoosa (4A), Metro Christian (3A) and Chisholm (3A). They did though advance to the championship round where they eventually fell to Verdigris in the semi-final match in two games, 16-25 and 18-25. Addie Ray was recognized by the coaches at the tournament as a member of the All Tournament Team. The Lady Bronchos have two varsity contests this week as they host Tuttle on August 25 before traveling to Blanchard on August 27. Bethany currently sits at 6-4 on the season.
