Bethany to Host Class 4A Regional Volleyball Championship on September 27

Bethany's Addie Ray and Michaela Truitt go for a block while Hannah Hubbard looks on.The OSSAA has just announced the 2018 Volleyball Regional Tournament sites and Bethany will be hosting one of eight regional volleyball championships in Class 4A. The tournament will take place on Thursday, September 27 with the winner of the four team bracket advancing to the State Championships the following week. The Bronchos are the #1 seed in the tournament as they come in with a 19-2 record and are currently the #4 ranked team in Class 4A. The #2 seed, Newcastle, is currently ranked #12 in Class 4A and have a record of 12-12 on the year. Classen SAS (4A-#19) comes in as the #3 seed with their record of 12-9 on the year, while Elgin is the #4 seed with a record of 2-12. Bethany will take on Elgin in the opening match.
