Girls Brackets for Bethany Basketball Classic

The Girls Brackets have been released for the 17th Annual Bethany Basketball Classic to be held January 9-11, 2020 on the campus of Bethany HS. The tournament boasts a strong field this year, headlined by the top seed Millwood (3A-#3) who comes in with a 6-1 record and that only loss being to St. Thomas Aquinas (Calif.). Millwood will take on the HFC Warriors (Indep.) in the first round game at 7:00 PM on Thursday. 

The second overall seed is Holland Hall (4A-#17), who comes in fielding a strong early record of 5-1. They will take on Western Heights (5A-UR) in the opening round at 10:00 AM on Thursday. Also, on Thursday we will see the fourth seed Catoosa (4A-UR) take on the fifth seed McLoud (4A-UR) at 4:00 PM. 

The Bethany Lady Bronchos (4A-UR) are the #6 seed and will take on Tahlequah (5A-#7) in the opening round at 1:00 PM on Thursday. The Lady Bronchos enter the game with a record of 2-3 after a thrilling late game victory the night before Christmas Break. Sophomore Lauryn Scalice went for 41 points in that contest, which is a Bethany HS record.
