Baseball Ends Regular Season 24-7

Bethany, OK - The Bethany baseball team finished it's regular season yesterday with a 9-0 senior night win over Community Christian School (2A). The win gives Bethany a final record of 24-7 on the season heading into the playoffs. The Bronchos did drop three of their final five games on the season with two district losses to McLoud to finish 9-3 and in 2nd place in the district. Bethany (4A) will host a bi-district playoff matchup with Sulphur on Thursday, April 26. The bi-district matchup is a best of three series with 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM games being played on Thursday and an if necessary game on Friday. Bethany will then be in a regional with traditional 4A powers Tuttle and Weatherford at a site to be determined next week.
